All items ship from our facility within 2-4 business days. All of our products are tightly wrapped and sealed to ensure you receive your order in excellent condition.
Tracking number confirmations are sent to the customer via email/SMS. The customer will be responsible to track and monitor the delivery. Once shipped, Salaam Gallery does not cover items lost/stolen.

Most of our stainless steel wall art products are custom Made to Order (MTO), which can take 3-4 weeks for fulfillment.

You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it, as long as the jewelry is in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. No exceptions

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your request. While we'll do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee modifications once the warehouse has packed and prepared your order for shipment. However, if your order hasn’t been collected yet, we’ll be happy to assist with any changes. Feel free to contact us to check if adjustments are still possible.
