Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return
- Any book in its original condition.
- Any other merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories.
for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from IslamiCity.
How to Return Items
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Attach the return label from the front of your packing slip and ship to the address indicated on the label. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. No refund will be issued to items not received by Halalx Marketplace. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the items are returned securely and in good condition.
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Halax Marketplace will gladly ship to most countries of the world. We reserve the right to decline shipment to certain countries or addresses within the US or outside. We currently use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, Global Priority, and Air Mail. All of our orders are insured and / or traceable. If you prefer FedEx, UPS, DHL as your shipment method, please specify this in your order’s comments section. Additional charges will apply.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from halaxmarketpla, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently, we are not able to describe the contents in any other way.
