Return & Refund Policy
At Sakoon Nutrition, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your order — whether it’s the taste, results, or experience — we’ll make it right.
Cancelation Window
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email sales@sakoonnutrition.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
Return Window
We accept returns within 90 days of your order being delivered.
Eligibility for Refund
Opened Items:
Once a product has been opened or used, we cannot accept it back for resale. However, you’ll still receive store credit equal to the product amount (excluding shipping).
Unopened Items:
Unopened and sealed products are eligible for a refund. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label, and a $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund per item.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@sakoonnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will walk you through the quick and easy return process.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund (minus restocking fee, if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
